Ventilated refirgeration for desserts
NINA VZa – is a serveover refrigerated cabinet convenient for sale of cakes. It is equipped with a ventilated refrigeration, with an evaporator placed under the display area, with an airflow securing the refrigeration of the display area from the bottom and the following refrigeration of the products in the display area and at the bottom glass shelf. The display area from stainless material is withdrawable for easy handling with cakes and tarts.
