Static refrigeration for the sale of fish on flaky ice
NINA Sfish – is a serveover refrigerated cabinet convenient for sale of fishes, seafood, etc. on the flake ice. For the placement of the flake ice serves the display area in the shape of tanks with loop-holes for diversion of moltened ice. It is equipped with a static refrigeration, with an evaporator placed under the work panel that ensures the refrigeration of the products in the display area and also in the bottom storage. The display area from stainless material is easily removable for simple cleaning.
